Log in to Web Host Manager (WHM). Hosting packages help to speeding up the process for creation of new cPanel hosting accounts, by pre defining several properties of accounts, you want to create (eg. Storage space, Email, bandwidth, parked domains etc). You can create as many hosting packages, according to your wish.
Click the 'Packages' icon in WHM window. In the next window, click on 'Add packages' link. The next window will appear in which you will have to fill many options. Add the new package name. Then, you have to give maximum limit of FTP accounts, email accounts, email lists, databases, sub domains, parked domains, add on domains. You have an option to include or exclude CGI access and front page extensions. The next section is for quota and bandwidth (enter both options in Mega Bytes). When you've finished with all the fields, you can click on 'Add' button. The new WHM account is created.
You can again go to preferences and click on 'Edit packages' section. You will be able to see the new hosting package created.
