Log in to Web Host Manager (WHM). Click on the icon of 'cPanel'. In the next window, click 'Modify cPanel/WHM news'. Whatever is typed into the text box, will appear on the main page of customer's cPanel. Click the save button, when you've finished writing the news. The text entered will appear in all cPanels.
Click 'List accounts' link on the left side, under Account information. Click cPanel link for some account. You can see the text on the left side column on upper side.
