Description
Create your new email account in your web hosting account, typically from cPanel.
- Click on Tools link on task bar. Click on Account Settings. The window appears. Scroll down and click on Add Account button.
- The Account wizard opens. You can check on Email account and proceed with Next button. Enter your name and email ID and click on Next button.
- Enter Incoming (POP) setting, which is provided to you by your host. Click on Next button.
- Enter your username and password, as provided by hosting provider. Click Next button. Enter a Name for this account and click Next button.
- Click Finish button to complete the configuration. For SMTP settings, scroll up and click on Outgoing Server (SMTP) link here. Click the default server, click on Edit button and enter your Outgoing (SMTP) server settings, for ensuring that you can only send the email and no one else can use it. Click on OK button, when finished.
Email account is successfully set up.
