Description
Create your new email account in your web hosting account, typically from cPanel.
- Click on tools section in task bar and click E mail accounts tab in it.
- The email accounts window will appear. Click on the 'Add a new e mail account' option and click on next button.
- Choose POP3 option in the next window and click on Next button.
- Enter name, email address and password in the next window. Also, mention Incoming (POP3) and Outgoing (SMTP) server settings. Click on More Settings tab, click outgoing server and check the box for SMTP authentication. This ensures that only you can send emails from your account. Most SMTP servers use username and password. Click on OK button.
- Click the Finish Button, to save the account.
Email account will be successfully setup.
