cPanel style change means only to change the way the screen looks and not the functioning of panel.
In preferences section, click 'Change Style' icon. There are a several styles to choose the cPanel outlook. You can scroll down the screen and choose the style, which appeals you, the most. Click on the check box of any type, which is suitable to you and click on 'Change Style' button at the bottom. This will change the cPanel style.
