Log in cPanel. IP deny manager blocks your website from a specific IP address.
You can enter IP Deny manager inside the security label. The next window will show a text box, in which IPs can be entered, which needs to be blocked. Click on Go Back link, you will see the IPs which are blocked by you. You can remove these blocked IPs from the list of blocked IPs, by clicking on Remove icon.
