
An auto responder is a great tool for your website. It is to provide your customers with understanding that their email was received. Here are the following steps to create an auto responder:
1. Click Email section 2. Click option of 'Auto responders' 3. Click on the label 'Add auto responder' 4. In the text box labelled Email, type the beginning part of E Mail ID for which you wish to have an auto responder 5. In the drop down menu, to the right of '@' sign, select the domain for which email is associated 6. 'From' label provides information about sender 7. 'Subject' field provides the subject you would like to give for auto responder email 8. The character set can be chosen from the drop down value 9. HTML check box can be clicked, if the body of text is to be sent in HTML script 10. 'Body' field contains the main body of text to be sent 11. Click Create/Modify |
